- If you cannot attend a scheduled appointment, we offer the option to reschedule your consultation, provided you inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
1.3. Late Cancellations:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for refunds.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Non-Refundable Services:
- Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of astrological services, once a consultation, report, or service has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
2.2. Double Payment or Technical Errors:
- In cases where a double payment has been made or a technical error occurs during the transaction, a full refund will be processed after verification.
- Please contact us with proof of the transaction to initiate the refund process.
2.3. Payment for Undelivered Services:
- If a service cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling of the service.
